Crowd Funding Small Real Estate Deals

Recent changes in US Securities Law as reported by Bloomberg here, now allow for the funding of small, closely-held Real Estate Funds by non-accredited investors.  Previous rules prohibited soliciting investors with a net worth of less than $1 Million or made less than $200,000 a year.
